I think after the beautiful weather we've had this weekend it's safe to say Spring is finally here, or Spring has sprung!
I took this picture after having a bit of a lazy day on Saturday evening, on my way to do my eyebrows (exciting!) I usually only ever do them now when I have a special occasion , that just me? Couldn't resist taking a picture of the beautiful sunset, it really is the little things that give me that warm fuzzy feeling!
Hint of Pink
Sunday was a bit more eventful, I went to a friends wedding and had baby Pigeon!! It was delicious, I keep saying better than Chicken (sorry to the pigeon lovers!). The sun really came out to play and made for a beautiful day so I didn't regret getting my legs out.
Also the new season also unveils new colours, I'm not really one to know whats on trend but I thought I'd have a look a some of the colours of the moment.

I feel like I'm seeing a friend for the first time in ages, there is much excitement that I'm containing as I type!
First and foremost Happy New Year to you all, as this is my first post this year. I also must apologise for that same reason and thank you to those of you who haven't un followed my blog due to my absence, I have most certainly "pushed" it!!
As much as 'life' has been a reason for my hiatus, I had a getaway recently and was in Canada for just under two weeks heres some pics from my travels

Going away always gives a new sense of clarity and appreciation for life and Canada is beautifully vast, and the hospitality I received was second to none people are very friendly and the food oooh so much bigger which I find makes things just that extra bit better!!
Niagara Again!

I'm also very much into putting things together, so a couple of weekends ago I styled a photo shoot for some of my new pieces. It was an outdoor shoot, and considering rain has been the order of everyday for the past 2 weeks! I must say my outlook for good lighting was pretty bleak! But I was pleasantly surprised though breezy the sun absolutely turned up, couldn't have been more pleased. Here are some behind the scenes shots of the day
