Vintage Birthday!

Salut Mes Amis!

I find this year is flying by soo quickly I'm having to constantly remind myself what day it is!

This is how I felt when I turned 25 on friday.  I mean when did I get to that age? I still remember when my biggest worry used to be, how much will i save from my lunch money to buy ice poles after school and cinema on the weekend!  I find myself going through old pictures feeling extremely nostalgic, and longing for the simple life.  Then I think about my teenage years and those girly struggles and I'm happy to be older and wiser to the frustrations of my adolescence. My friends helped me organise a lovely celebration, embracing my "quarter of a century" milestone.  Vintage of course was the theme of the night.

Much change?

As the picture shows fancy dressing has been a long time trait! I wore that dress everywhere!

I am apparently too old for party bags and was told gift bags were more suitable.

After much stressing (unnecessary in hindsight) about what to wear, I was able to be more reflective and thankful for another year the memories and looking forward to a fruitful journey ahead <3
